DDP railway transportation from China to Germany can undertake multiple types of goods, of which ordinary goods account for about 70%, live products account for 20%, and large goods and ultra sensitive products account for a small part.
The goods are transported to Europe by China Europe railway. After the unified customs clearance, they will be sent with preferential distribution, including UPS, GSL and truck.

matters needing attention:
“1. If the goods are not detained or lost due to their own problems, they shall be compensated according to 40RMB / kg, and the freight shall not be refunded;
If the whole UPS is lost after picking up, it shall be compensated according to the declaration. The maximum amount shall not exceed USD 100 / ticket, and the freight shall not be refunded. If part of the UPS is lost, it shall not be compensated.
No compensation will be accepted except for damage or loss of goods caused by force majeure such as natural disasters“

For irregular packaging, the longest side of a single piece exceeds 98cm, the second side exceeds 68cm, and the billing weight of a single piece exceeds 31kg, an additional charge of 150RMB / piece will be charged,
Super large parts can be accepted: if 295cm ≤ [(width + height) * 2 + length] < 395cm, 350RMB / piece will be charged; if [(width + height) * 2 + length] ≥ 395cm, 700RMB / piece will be charged. All super large, super long and overweight surcharges need to be superimposed repeatedly.
Rejected parts: the billing weight of a single piece exceeds 67kg“
3. In case of rejection due to packaging problems in Amazon warehouse, our company will not bear any responsibility. The expenses incurred by returning parts shall be borne by the customer. Our company will no longer review the packaging when receiving goods.
4. The customs requires to truthfully declare the name and quantity of goods. Electronic products must be affixed with CE label and prepared with CE related documents (CE certification, CE report, etc.) together with packing list and invoice. If they cannot be provided correctly, all responsibilities shall be borne by your company.
