RELEVANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR FEDEX SENDER TO INSTRUCT THE RECIPIENT OR THIRD PARTY TO PAY

Receive important notice from FEDEX:

FEDEX stipulates in Article 8 of the sender’s account agreement and the content of FEDEX’s standard transportation terms: if the sender instructs the recipient or a third party to pay, FEDEX will deliver the goods first, and then charge the other party. If FEDEX does not receive the payment, the sender shall still be responsible for the payment of all expenses unconditionally, including but not limited to: freight, possible surcharges, handling fees, customs taxes and tax estimates (including FEDEX for sending advance payment by the sender), government fines, taxes, FEDEX attorney fees and legal fees arising from litigation, etc.

Therefore, please inform the receiver that after the shipment arrives at the local area, you must follow up in time and pay attention to paying the relevant fees. If the fee is transferred back to the sender’s account due to unpaid fees, your company will bear the fee issued by then, and will not notify in advance.

special reminder:

For the four countries of the United States, Japan, Singapore and Venezuela, if the import tax is paid by the recipient, the recipient must have a valid monthly federal account that can absorb the import tax, and the tariff cannot be settled immediately. If the recipient has no The federal monthly account will be directly forwarded to the sender for payment, no objection allowed!
