According to the notice from Hong Kong DHL, recently, local customs have increased the inspection of low declaration goods. All low declaration, concealment and false declaration are illegal acts. Once found, they will be detained and destroyed or returned directly and fined.
In order to ensure the timeliness of import customs clearance and ensure the safe and timely delivery of the goods to the recipient, all the goods sent by our company must correctly declare the true value of the goods (declared according to the value agreed by both parties, not taking the ex factory cost or procurement cost as the declared value), and truthfully declare the name and quantity of the goods. If the goods are sent as gifts or samples, the true market value of the goods must also be declared.
Please know the above and control before export, especially in European countries. It is recommended to provide transaction vouchers with the goods to assist in customs clearance. Our company will not recheck before export. If the goods under reported are suspected or seized by the local customs, the responsibility expenses such as transit delay, return and fine will be borne by each sending customer.
